I'm a certified health and nutrition coach and ISSA personal trainer. I am also a registered nurse. Health and fitness are my passion! I am a veteran Army Nurse and my husband is active duty military. We currently live in Florida. Going to the beach and being on our boat here in sunny Florida are two of my favorite things to do.

Health and fitness has been a part of my life since I was a young girl. I trained for and ran my first half marathon at the age of 14 when I realized I had to take ownership of my health and fitness goals heading into my adult life.
As a nurse, I have seen firsthand the results of poor health choices and it has given me the passion I have for coaching.

 What is this limited-time bonus?

 Who is this plan for?
You're a woman over 30 who wants to focus on ONE of the following over the next 12 weeks:

1. Lose weight and preserve as much muscle as possible in order to keep your metabolism high.

2. Focus on Body Recomposition (lose a little fat and build muscle - weight stays roughly the same but your shape will change).

3. Maximize muscle building (gain a little fat, build the most muscle possible. Note that your weight will increase about 1-2% per month. You can do a diet/cut later to burn off the fat and reveal the new muscle.)

4. Maintain your current weight (while eating out, vacationing, and experiencing real life with as little restriction as possible.)

5. A reverse diet in order to reverse any metabolic adaptations that have occurred from dieting so that you can eat more, and maintain the weight you've lost while consuming as many calories as possible.

NOTE: This program is not for people who want to do HCG or a Very-Low-Calorie Diet. Please see the Transformer Program if you're interested in rapid weight loss.

Keep in mind, you can renew as often as you like in order to work on different goals every 3 months!
 What’s the difference between Diet-Only and Combo program?
The main difference between these 2 programs is that Diet-only doesn't include a personalized strength training program for the home or gym. Both programs include a customized macronutrient plan based on your goals, weekly group calls, email access to your private coach, custom tracker, and more.
 Can I do the NEW You Program while on P2/HCG?
The NEW You program is not for people who want to do HCG or a Very-Low-Calorie Diet. Please see the Transformer Program if you're interested in rapid weight loss.
 What’s the next step after completing my purchase?
After your successful registration for any of our NEW You programs, you will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire which will help us with your customized plan.
 Can I choose my coach?
You can request a coach in your onboarding form. However, it is subject to the coach's availability.
 How do I communicate with my coach?
You will receive an email from your coach within one business day after registering for the program. You can also email your coach anytime and get a response within our business hours, 9 am - 5 pm Central time, Monday To Friday. There are also weekly Zoom calls with a coach. If you would like to book a private call with your coach, that is an additional fee. Simply email your coach to arrange a time that is convenient for both of you to chat.

Private calls are rarely needed because most concerns can be addressed in a group call or by email.
 Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we do. The Diet-only program it costs $239 a month for 3 months. For our Combo (Diet and Strength) program, it is $339 a month for 3 months.  

**The reverse diet plan is $100 one-time payment.
 Do you accept HSA/FSA?
Yes, we can accept HSA/FSA payments for our coaching programs if your physician has prescribed this program as treatment for a specific disease such as obesity, hypertension, or heart disease. You may need to get a letter of approval and we are happy to provide you with one upon request. Please contact support@AdeleFrizzell.com for further information.

 How strict does my diet need to be?
We use flexible dieting, and recommend tracking macros for the fastest results. Flexible dieting means that there are no bad foods, and nothing is off limits as long as it fits your macros. Obviously, the more you follow your macros and eat in line with your goals, the better progress you will make. We don't expect our clients to be prefect, or eat like robots, but we recommend at least 80% adherence for better results.
 Do I have to track my macros?
You don't. We can use a habit-based approach, the hand-portion method, the hunger scale, and intuitive eating principles to help you lose weight. But in our experience, this approach has not yielded the weight loss results most people hope for, and it can take months - years even - to learn how to incorporate these practices into your lifestyle. Whichever method you choose, informed eating and mindfulness are required for weight loss.
 Do you offer a reverse diet service to help me transition to maintenance?
Yes, we do. Upon checkout, you will be able to add this service as an add-on.

This reverse diet program takes at least 4 weeks and sometimes as long as 8 weeks. The rest of your coaching time will be spent maintaining your new weight while eating out and experiencing "real life" eating with the help of your coach. This is where people usually need the most help so they don't regain the weight they lost. If you are coming off HCG OR a very low calorie diet (1200 calories or less), we STRONGLY recommend thisThis is an additional $100 fee for this service. If you have any further questions about this service, please contact support@AdeleFrizzell.com.
 Do I need specific gym equipment?
In a nutshell, we will work with whatever equipment you have access to. If you have some bands and dumbbells, we can create a home workout for you. In the client questionnaire, we ask what equipment you have for this very reason. You don't need a gym membership but if you have one, we can create a workout plan for that.
